We're familiar with this chain from there UK and while it's not quite the same, service was excellent and coffees and sandwiches were very good.

Salad ingredients and lettuce aren't fresh. They should probably up their game a little bit. Was just over the toilet about to vomit from that salad

No matter what you order they somehow always manage to confuse something in a pretty simple sandwich recipe. If you ask for no wasabi - for sure it will be there but they'll forget about cream...
