New Review one year later ...Chris and Jamarkus helped with a new phone and line as well a new ATT TV plan ..they were very helpful on explaining the deals going on and gave us no pressure...

Absolutely not willing to work with you as a customer. Every time I've been there the answer has been no. Will have to find another store probably a corporate store.
