They added a feature onto my bill that I didn't even realize until 3 months in, after I stated not to. That's really not cool, we are all in a bad spot financially and just adding to the headache...

This store took my iPhone 12 as a trade and now it cannot be found. Didn't realize until I was not getting credit on my bill and now it appears They just stole a phone I was to get a $700 credit...

Terrible store and terrible employees. They are so bad I had to call AT&T from the store and they advised me to go to the one in SR 54 , which I did. Avoid this store at all cost. They don't...
