So I'm not sure which store on Vanderbilt this is referring to. But I went into the one at Vanderbilt and 951 and they did not have the phone I wanted so they had no problem calling another store...

Went in there with the phone issue she fixed my phone bill. I was only there a half an hour. Customer service was fantastic. She saved me $60. She went through my plan. I am so happy right now.
