Established in 1954, the Life Management Center of NW Florida works to provide behavioral health and family counseling services in Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and Washington counties in Fla. The center is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists, counselors and nurses. The Life Management Center of NW Florida serves over 9,000 individuals and families annually. It provides various services for adults, including medical, social rehabilitation, residential and inpatient treatment, and evaluation and consulting services. The center also offers family specialized therapeutic foster care and adoption services. Life Management Center of NW Florida is affiliated with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and is a member of the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare and the Florida Council for Community Mental Health.
