Artel Gallery

Founded in 1993, Artel is a nonprofit, all-volunteer, experimental art gallery that provide a forum for experimental and contemporary art exhibitions and programs. Located in Pensacola, Fla., the art gallery features a variety of paintings, sculptures and drawings, as well as interactive exhibitions. Artel also displays artwork by school students. Its staff includes a treasurer, public relations officer, exhibitions director and secretary. It invites the works of artists for an entry fee and displays them in its airport gift shop display window, on its Web site and in grant applications. In addition, Artel provides various levels of memberships.
