Live there for 10 years. The walls or floors are not soundproof therefore you will hear your neighbors! The bulding has no services at all. Is run very poorly. Would not recommend this...

This place is horrible to work at and live at People pay. 3,000 & up and can't even have stuff on their balconies hang anything on the walls and have to put a 200$ deposit just to use the movie...

The Artech looks good from the outside but it's all a show. If you move into this building, be prepared for the following: The residents are completely rude. They will play ball with their dogs...
