History

Personal real estate investments were completed in 1978 through 2000 at which point obtained a real estate license to complete both residential loans as well as real estate Transactions for others. Corporate experience in marketing up to that point provided excellent insight into how to accurately market a unique product such as someone's home. The results have been outstanding in selling a home in under a week, with multiple offers and maximizing the sales price. Further specialization has led to a second market segment being pursued and that is one of Senior Real Estate Specialist. Having relocated to Florida to care for one's own parents opened another world that requires special insights in the Elder Care Provider networks when considering their real estate holdings and how to protect their assets such that they can afford to stay safe and happy during their final years.

Extensive marketing experience in showcasing a particular residential home to provide the highest price and best terms. Specializing in senior real estate issues such as aging in place, outside assisted living facilities, or selling a home that is dated, a hoarders home, or has other issues that might restrict its value the typical buyer.
