Oakhurst Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 180-bed rehabilitation center offering post-acute care and short- and long-term care rehabilitation services. Its health care programs and services include case management, medical care, diabetes and nutritional management. It offers patient and family education programs, and additionally provides radiology and laboratory services. Its hospice care programs deal with the emotional, psychological and spiritual care and support for the terminally ill patients and their families. Oakhurst Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers various recreational programs, such as speech, physical, occupational, intravenous and respiratory therapies. Its outpatient service center provides various therapy programs for patients suffering from neurological disorders, strokes, fractures and surgeries.
