It's not a gated community FYI. The hot tub never works... front office people are nice, alot better than previous management. Our rent increased $300 since last year.

Only 1 parking spot per apartment, it doesn't matter how many people are on the lease and they do not provide options to pay for a second spot. They encourage residents to park in visitor parking...
