A great place to workout. The gym has the latest up to date equipment, is always very clean, and has a great staff.

Great facility with every piece of equipment needed to accomplish any health & fitness goals. Staff on site were very helpful & courteous.

Wish they had more equipment but there is enough for a decent workout. Heather keeps the place clean & is very pleasant. She usually trains before her workday starts @ 9 am. so in her defense any...

Brad and Heather are both angels, truly beautiful people inside and out. This gym is always clean, and has everything you need to get a good pump!
