Very well-kept up and very clean. Lots of cardio equipment but lacking exercise bikes! Excellent location.

Killer facility with an awesome staff! Their Zumba instructors keep you coming back for more & shedding lbs as you go! In Heather's class, I dropped 12 lbs in 6 weeks & wasn't doing my diet right!

Great gym! Younger crowd attends it as well as an older crowd! Nice mix! BIG PLUS - personal tv's with your choice of cable on the machines! Kid watch hours are good too!
