History

Andrew and Elena have been in the real estate business since they both graduated from college. They started in insurance in Cleveland, OH. A few years after working in the field, Andrew went onto opening an Allstate agency that he successfully grew and sold after 5 years following a move to Florida. Elena had to move her own independent insurance agency south as well. In Florida, together they opened a mortgage brokerage specializing in purchases, which helped them gain a thorough understanding of the purchase process from all the perspectives: lender, real estate agent, title and insurance. Obviously, getting a real estate license was the next step. Based on Andrew and Elena's experience in multiple fields, so closely associated with any real estate transaction, they pride themselves in their knowledge. Owning a mortgage brokerage, an insurance agency, as well as being real estate agents, gives Andrew and Elena an unsurpassed advantage over most realtors.
