History
Amy Hope began practicing yoga in undergrad and got hooked on the emotional balance and rewarding physical challenges the practice offers. She became a certified yoga teacher to share the benefits of the practice with others.
Specialties
Amy Hope received her 200 hour certificate in Power Yoga at Power Yoga Palm Springs. She enjoys teaching private sessions to all levels of students and can also be found occasionally subbing classes at studios around the Willamette Valley. Amy believes yoga is a healthy tool to find peace and balance in a busy and stressful world. She also offers specialty classes focusing on prenatal yoga and wedding yoga -helping you find bliss during some of life's biggest transitions.
