I have been going to this Train Station when it was SeaboardCoastlines - and still today at age 65. I go sit at the station at least once a week - It was the Happy Days of my life

The attendant at the station was wonderful. Calling the attitudes and service of the conductors on both trains that stopped in the terminal subpar would be generous (and a disservice to the word...

Station needs some paint on the doors. Helpful staff. Parking lot is relatively small so we don't leave our car here when we travel on Amtrak as we do on other Amtrak stations we use.

Filthy...go to Sebring station if possible. Attendant was more interested in his lunch than helping any customers.

The Gentleman working baggage claim on December 16, 2016 should not have direct contact with customers. Extremely unprofessional. I recommend using only carry on luggage when using this station.
