Dr. James Fletcher is a board certified plastic surgeon with added qualifications from the board of Hand Surgery. His leadership as the Directory of the Plastic Surgery Residency in his former position at the University of Minnesota speaks to his leadership, dedication and compassion for those he works with, especially his patients. Dedicating over 15 years at his previous practice in MN, Dr Fletcher successfully reconstructed the most difficult patients and helped them to look and feel beautiful. His work earned him the honor of appointments to Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Minnesota in the Department of Surgery and the Department of Orthopedic Surgery.

Eric Weiss is a plastic surgeon as well as board certified general surgeon passionate about both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Eric was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology from Duke University. He completed his General Surgery training at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia where he was awarded the Das Award for the most outstanding chief surgical resident. Eric continued his education by completing a three-year Plastic Surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where he received training by world leaders in facial and body aesthetics, breast reconstruction, microsurgery, extremity reconstruction, and skin cancer (“Mohs”) reconstruction, among other disciplines.

Dr. George Dreszer is an award-winning, board-certified plastic surgeon who has a unique collection of experience from all over the world. His patients know and love him for his talent, his humor, as well as his exclusive approach to individual care. Dr. Dreszer is bilingual, and his worldliness has allowed him to connect with individuals from all walks of life. It does not take long to uncover his warmth, passion, and genuine care for people.
