I have always enjoyed going here except the last time. I arrived at their office after my doctors office told me they couldn't get me in and recommended I go to urgent care. I was bent over crying...

Have been here for broken ribs, eye and ear infections. Made appointments in advance. Received prompt and helpful care.

do not show up here with state funded health insurance. don't take it! then you pay out of pocket 160.00. give you an order for a mri. took 3 weeks for the mri people to take the insurance....

front desk lady is rude. Andrea (?) save yourself a headache and go 2 more minutes off the island to Amelia Urgent Care. They got us right back and didn't treat rudely like she did
