I moved here when AHS Residential was here and i have to say that it was great. Ever since it was changed to amelia apartments managed by Grand Peaks it's honestly just been a terrible experience....

management is so bad, they have no coordination or organization at all. lack of maintenance as well as not providing information on anything. most certainly not worth the steep price.
