This contractor did not follow approved plan, after only 2 months weeds are growing thru the asphalt, the asphalt is crumbling and in places the asphalt is less than 1" thick.

We had discussed with Mike Binder that 2 guest spots was to be added each side the dumpster walls on the west side of our development this didn't happen they made the parking spots smaller on one...
