Dr. Hanley is nice. His receptionists, however, lack basic customer service. On my first visit, they never told me that he was out sick. They had me waiting for 2 hours wasting and disrespecting...

Don't bother with this office. They don't care if your insurance says he's accepting new patients. Find yourself another doctor's office that gives a crap.
