HistoryOwners of the gym are Rick and Teresa Copley and Chris and Gidget Blunt. Rick is the lead trainer and program design coordinator. He has been a personal trainer since 1999 and has owned fitness facilities in New Hampshire and Florida. He is also a former Wellness director for the YMCA. Gidget is a certified personal trainer and expert in weight loss and physical conditioning. She has a bachelor degree in health and fitness. The partnership was formed in 2014 to create something new and something special. No Limits Fitness is not the average run of the mill gym. There are no contracts and their are no members that don't come regularly. Our unique environment fosters personal growth and physical results.SpecialtiesWe help people to get results.
