This little gym is open 24 hours for members. There are 30 group classes offered during the week, new machines including stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, and lots of weight machines....

I am so glad I decided to look into 24 hour fitness. I have driven past this building for at least 4 years. I joined about a week ago and it has been a blessing. I go to the Silver Sneakers...
