History
Adolfo Benitez came to the United States with his family in 1994. He started commercial fishing in about 1998 and would sell the fish in his truck around Hialeah Gardens. He upgraded from trucks, to vans, to even having three trucks at one point. Now his dreams are finally a reality and he has opened up a restaurant where he can provide his customers with the same fresh fish he used to sell and even open up a seafood market right next to it where people can come and continue buying fish.
