History

The ActionCOACH Tampa Bay Firm was founders, Ford and Barb Kyes, have a strong ties to the Tampa Bay community and worked for years in the healthcare industry. Ford Kyes, previously the CEO of St. Anthony's Healthcare in St. Petersburg and Chair of the St. Pete Chamber, and Barb Kyes, a previous RN and active philanthropist and inducted Princess of Hearts, have always had careers that allowed them to give back to others in a meaningful way. ActionCOACH provided them with a proven system to bring to business owners in their beloved community who fall into the national statistic of a 96% 10 year failure rate consistently due to not getting sound professional advice soon enough. Working with their daughter, Juliet Kyes, was just an added bonus as she had gone to USF locally and graduated with a management and marketing degree.
