Access Lending Inc is a member of FAMP and the Jupiter, Tequesta and Hobe Sound Board of Realtors. Carlos Eliseo, owner, is a Martin county resident, and familiar with the local real estate market. He has originated loans in Florida since 1998, when he moved from New Jersey where he worked as a loan officer, for regional and national lending institutions such as Sovereign Bank, Trust Company of New Jersey, Penn Federal Savings and Chatham Savings Bank. The majority of our business derives from previous clients and personal referrals.
