Convenient to Fairgrounds. Old; mix of full time and travelers. Restrooms need full renovation. No tissue, toilet wouldn't flush. Value: $45 is high!

not good is an overrating.had a problem with the electric hookup in the park,so I asked them about it and they said it was fine,must be my rv,so on my 5th day there I pulled rv out to an RV dealer...
