ABASI Dance Lab was founded in 2018, however it is the first branch of the prestigious Applied Behavior Analysis Sports Innovations (ABASI) LLC. ABA Sports Innovations LLC is a company which provides athletic training through the methods of applied behavior analysis to competitive athletes and populations with special needs.
Specialties
ABASI Dance Lab was founded and is operated by Doctor Mallory Quinn. Dr. Quinn has a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In addition, Dr. Quinn has six years experience as a dance instructor with 25 years performing experience, and three years as a fitness instructor. Dr. Quinn is a versed ABA instructor, and clinician with the Autism population for almost a decade. Dr. Quinn is a published author in scientific journals in the area of using applied behavior analysis techniques to enhance dance performance of competitive athletes. In addition, Dr. Quinn has supervised research conducted with dancers in wheelchairs, and those with intellectual disabilities. The private lessons at ABASI dance labs provide competitive dancers and individuals with disabilities an incredible unique opportunity that does not exist anywhere else in the country.
