They don't generally address you when you enter. Consistently long wait even with appointment and no attempts to update you on wait time or give acknowledgement.

Skinny hispanic messed up my hair cut, got home brush down my hair and still had long baby hairs. Also, noticed patches on my head. That guy was literally rushing my cut.

These boys know how to run a proper Barber shop, that's for sure. Been getting cut there since they opened, and I always leave feelin like a million bucks!
