This gym is seriously THE BEST! The trainers really make you feel comfortable and at home. I've had the opportunity to work with Shay, Brit and Larry and let me tell you - they do not disappoint....

The gym is nice, the people are even nicer! This is not the 9rounds gym where I have my membership but I travel for work so this was what was available. I'm glad I took a chance and stopped in....

Great workout!! The Bossman is "the Boss!" I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great workout and comfortable environment! Also is only 30 Min!
