I've been living here for 2 years and it's one of the few places in Miami that still has a nice staff. It's a beautiful building with nice staff and great amenities. LOVE the spa!

This is an amazing place: Fabulous location (close to Miami Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, MIA) tremendous views, and very nice amenities. Plus, the staff and management go above and beyond to help....

Having bought in 900 a year ago and being a full time resident now for 3 months I have to say most of over the top negative reviews don't hold water. That said yes there are certainly some grips...
