Dinner at the Edge provides fine dining, in a relaxed atmosphere with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 6th floor level of the Edge Hotel, our “505 at the Edge” restaurant offers a dining experience befitting of the view. Relax and savor our Florida inspired cuisine in our beautifully appointed 6th floor lobby level restaurant or while casually enjoying outdoor panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Sand Key Intracoastal Waterway on our covered terrace. Serving daily 11:00am – 10:00pm. Air conditioned indoor restaurant seating or outdoor on the terrace in the cool, sea side breeze. Cocktails, appetizers and sandwiches served daily at our poolside 505 Bar overlooking the Gulf and Sand Key waterway.
