First ever Type 1 Diabetes and Gluten-free Friendly ice cream shop in the area. We can provide carbs per weight per serving upon request to give you close to exact carb counting you need for your insulin coverage as T1D. Most of our ice creams and products in the shop will be Gluten-free, we have a dedicated prep area to prevent cross contamination, and our staff will have basic training and knowledge in handling gluten-free products and render basic informations. Not to mention our daughter is Type 1 Diabetic and Celiac herself, which is our sole inspiration for the shop. We're not just serving ice cream, we're raising awareness too.
