2002 restaurant

Ray Macht is the owner/ chef. He is from Panama and serves authentic Panamanian food as well as a standard home cooked menu. He does catering as well. I had crab cakes, home made clam chowder and key lime pie. For an appetizer he served empanadas and corn cakes. His decor is historic photos of Panama; some of them he has taken himself. An excellent photographer. The restaurant is located in a community of double wides. Very authentic Florida.
