Our company was founded as a way to embrace the American entrepreneurial spirit by providing Business & Paralegal services to aspiring business owners, as well as established companies, law firms, governmental agencies, and the everyday person. Our experience comes from our staff having worked for the Small Business Administration, corporate law firms, and settlement companies.
