Verizon

Verizon slapped on $20 monthly charge for a streaming service I never asked for or needed. They refused to credit me back. They are fraudulent. Use other options.

I switched to Verizon from COMCAST about three months ago, and I had to cancel Verizon's service. I wanted Verizon so that all of my accounts would be with one company, but the Verizon internet...

So glad I left Verizon. I even had a discount through my union that saved 20% and it wasn't worth it. Living in the DMV any carrier (maybe Sprint being an exception) will have excellent coverage....

The most trash company to ever exist. They made an error after I followed their process yet I'm the one they are asking to fix the problem. On top of that I have to wait an additional week on top...

Verizon internet is terrible!!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even if it was free!!! I can't watch a movie without restarting the box or the TV. Customer Service is hard to get keep referring...
