What happened!?!?! the gates are locked now. At the end of August the courts were resurfaced but locked to the public. Booo!

The public should be outraged that our tax dollars were stolen and handed over to somebody at UDC who spent our money and then LOCKED THE DOORS on their work. It'd be one thing if the courts were...
