Building Youth Inc / GLA Academy was established in 1995 with the goal of offering loving care and a cost-effective private education to all children in the greater Baltimore area. We have incorporated Baltimore County School's curriculum to meet the requirements for core academic subjects along with Christian Concepts and biblical teaching. The end product of this dynamic combination is a student-centered, results-based learning environment. This makes school enjoyable and allows the student to move at his/her own pace.This Educational System is a scientifically-based system that has a proven track record proven effective on general education students. Our system is different from most public and private schools. Some public and some private schools are often plagued by low test scores. The news is full of proof. Established in 1863, St. Ann s was chartered by President Abraham Lincoln. It offers care services for underprivileged women and children. It offers various medical services, including nursing, prenatal and postpartum follow-up care, and labor and delivery. The home offers various parenthood training, which includes instruction in caring for infants, family life education and child development. St. Ann s offers classes in household management, which includes cooking, shopping, budgeting and housekeeping. It also offers educational classes in junior and senior high school subjects, preparation for civil service exams and general equivalency diploma preparation. Additionally, St. Ann s offers various recreation programs, including arts and crafts, cultural and sports events, shopping trips and swimming. St. Ann s also offers residential center and day care program for children. It is located in Hyattsville, Md.

World Learning is a private, nonprofit international organization that performs academic and field projects through its four program units, including the Experiment in International Living, School for International Training, World Learning for International Development and World Learning for Business. The organization offers a wide range of services, such as international exchange, abroad studies, sustainable development, teacher education, language training and nongovernment organization management. It promotes international and intercultural understanding, democracy, social justice and economic development through education, training and field projects worldwide. World Learning is the member of the Federation of National Representations of the Experiment in International Living, a group of private, nonprofit, nonpolitical and nondenominational organizations.
