History

In 2010, during a family vacation in our nation's capital, God began to stir the hearts of Deamon & Kristine Scapin for the city of Washington, D.C. Little did they know, that two years later, God would clearly and powerfully call them to transition from fifteen years of pastoral ministry at a thriving church in Texas and move their family, life, and ministry across the country to plant a new church in one of the world's greatest cities! On September 7 2014, we launched weekly services and opportunities to connect all over the District to fully equip our growing church and better reach our city. We look forward to meeting new people who share our mission to be a life-giving church and represent Jesus to others in a loving, generous, and powerful way. Our journey is just beginning and YOU can be a part of the story! Whether you're brand new at discovering who God is, or have been a Christ-follower for a long time, we invite you to join us.

Triumph DC is a new life-giving church that is forming in Washington, DC. We are a church as diverse as the city in which we live; yet unified around the worship of Jesus Christ and His mission for the flourishing of our community. Our vision is to be a network of life-giving churches and a movement of leaders to influence a city that influences the world. We also offer Free Parking and have a live band to make your Sundays easier and more enjoyable.
