One of my favorite places to visit in DC. 3 tables for pool, the warmest bartenders, and I always feel right at home. Toro has a beautiful decour with a wide range of music for dancing and vibing....

The place had a great vibe. The prices were reasonable and the people friendly as well as all the dancing. They do have pool tables.
