This is a great place to find shoes (mostly women's shoes). The location is great, right in the heart of Georgetown (on M Street). Staff very friendly and helpful. I tried on a few pairs of Taos...

One of the worst attendant I have met in Georgetown. Sloppy service. Not helpful. She was the reason I bought the same shoe on Wisconsin. Really if you don't like the job, quit and find your way

Went there on a Saturday afternoon while no other customers there but me. Two staff didn't greet me or ask me whether I needed help and just slacked off, when I was looking at some shoes. Hmm.
