The Lab School

Established in 1967, Lab School of Washington offers a variety of educational and co-curricular programs to students with multiple disabilities. It provides individualized instructional classes to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The school offers various subjects, such as reading, writing, general math, science, social science, and health and physical education. It also involves students in various extracurricular activities that include sports, fundraising events and competitions. The school provides other services, including psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and occupational therapy evaluation and treatment. It also organizes various other programs that include speech and language evaluation and treatment, and consultation services for schools and individuals. The school is approved by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Department of Education s National Diffusion Network. It is located in Washington, D.C.
