The Buchanan Group started from humble beginnings to meet the needs of busy professionals to boost their careers through individualized coaching and workshops to develop and hone skills critical for reaching success. The business has since grown to develop the capacity of organizations, with an integrated training and development approach to leverage existing talent and in-source central communications functions.

The Buchanan Group began in 2013 to address a need to provide state-of-the-art communications tools, strategies, and coaching catering to individual professionals and small firms. Through one-on-one coaching and facilitating workshops we were able to establish a unique brand and approach to helping elite professionals develop applied skills, tool-sets, and individualized plans to grow their presence, gain credibility, build relationships with peers, create rapport with existing and future clients, and cultivate partnerships to achieve success. We are structured around a core philosophy: leveraging existing capabilities and augmenting capacity to conduct better outreach and business development through more strategic and effective communications.
