History
Following graduation from George Washington Law School, Manal Tellawi, the founder of Tellawi Legal Services LLC, pursued a fellowship in The Hague at the Association of Defense Counsel for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. After returning to the United States in the middle of 2013, Manal conducted legal consulting work for various non-profit organizations, offering contract review services, housing law services and immigration law advice. After that, she moved to Houston, Texas, where Manal worked as an Associate Attorney for a year at Lin & Valdez LLP, focusing on E2, L1, NIW, EB1 and all employment and family-based immigration applications. She also assisted the lead attorney with family law cases, including divorce cases. Since then, she has been handling immigration and family law matters in the DC Metro area & Baltimore and decided to enter practice to cater for the need for affordable, accessible legal advice.
