History

After the WPA artist, Robert E.Kuhn, died in 2000, the family was in a quandary about what to do with the art. It lay quietly in an old stone building on a Shenandoah mountaintop. 2013 came and Marcy Logan and Daniel Kuhn decided to open an art gallery in Dupont Circle, Washington,D.C and called it the Swann Street Gallery. Today it is a lively social center located in Marcy's house where jazz parties are held, parties for local politicians, parties for the street, parties for people from all walks of life.
