We use active assisted stretching to increase circulation, range of motion and flexibility, as well as correct muscular imbalances, reduce pain, etc. Not only can we focus on the specific areas of discomfort but also take a very comprehensive approach to your structure and movement patterns to determine what other factors could be adding to your discomfort/tension/pain.
