St John's Community Service

Established in 1868, St. John s Community Services is a nonprofit human service organization that develops creative ways to support children and adults with disabilities. It offers innovative models for other agencies through community advocacy and education and collaboration with government agencies. The organization supports more than 500 children, adults and their families with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia. St. John s Community Services creates service opportunities for young and school children, such as community living, supported employment and community participation. It is comprised of over 600 employees and supports various special events and fundraising activities. The organization is located in Washington, D.C.
