There are a handful of small bodega/markets in this area, and they are all pretty similar. Sonya's, however, really should be treated as a step above all the other corner stores. They have eggs....

So convenient if you live around Sonya's. Great for wine and snacks. They even unlocked the door for my friend who was there right before closing so he could grab some "emergency" wine.
