I am been a member of Signal for over 25 years. The customer service is horrible. They have reduced their staff and wait time to talk to an agent is over one hour. I must change my banking!!!!

Absolutely horrible financial institution. They've closed multiple branches. Only leaving two branches that are closed all weekend. Their customer service line is never answered. DO NOT BANK HERE.
