I have been to this place a couple of times because i live right around the corner...yes it is a latin bar...it is a dive bar...the food is actually pretty good for a dive bar, the prices are not...

Serengeti Restaurant Longe is a Kenyan owned and operated restaurant specializing mainly in Kenyan dishes. We make the best Goat Choma (charcoal grilled) served with Ugali, Happy hours 5-8pm. Opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 5pm to 12 midnight and Friday and Saturday, 5 pm to 3 am. Discos nights on Friday and Saturday played by the best DJs in the DC Meropoliitan area.

The lamb choma and samosas are really good. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Drinks were great too.
