Classic DC in a nutshell: overpriced with poor service. Gimmicky business that claims to be "elevated" and "high end" but is more "Dave & Busters" meets "inexperienced & unfriendly" barbers....

I don't know who you have working the front desk - but he's costing you money! I checked in at 3 pm for a 3:30 appointment. At 3:15 I moved from one of the chairs to the bar to get a drink....
